Every strikeout prop carries a confidence rating. It reflects two things: how strongly the data favors a given total, and how much value the model sees versus the sportsbook’s line. A high-confidence pick is one where the matchup is well supported and the value over the number is clear.

Confidence is conviction, not certainty — a manager’s hook, an early rain delay, or a bases-loaded jam can end a start well short of its projected strikeout total regardless of how it was pitched.
