Those two names also lead every dated board we could find from the past week (Kubiak shared second at DraftKings), which is the cleanest signal in the NFL Coach of the Year odds 2026 market right now.

FanDuel also lists Liam Coen (Jaguars) at +1500, per the same page. Caesars Sportsbook had Moore at 5-1 and Kubiak at 9-1, per a WVUE report published the morning of Sept. 27, before the two coaches met.

What the Prices Imply

A +500 price breaks even at 100 divided by 600, about 16.7 percent. Moore at +850 works out to about 10.5 percent. On the DraftKings board from Sept. 23, per FOX Sports, Moore's +600 implied about 14.3 percent and Kubiak's +900 exactly 10 percent.

The order differs between the older dated boards (DraftKings Sept. 23 per FOX Sports, Caesars Sept. 27 per WVUE) and the FanDuel board we read Sept. 28. Those are different books on different dates, not a line move. It still shows the shape: Kubiak, Moore, then a crowded tier from +900 to +1500.

Kellen Moore, Saints (1-2). Moore went 6-11 in his first season, per WVUE. His case was built on a 24-17 upset at Baltimore in Week 2, and Sunday's home loss cut into it. He is in year two, per Covers.

Kevin O'Connell, Vikings (3-0). O'Connell won this award for 2024, per FOX Sports. Minnesota won 23-16 at Tampa Bay. He is +1400 per FanDuel Research's embed, against +900 at DraftKings on Sept. 23 per FOX Sports.

Joe Brady, Bills (3-0). Buffalo beat the Chargers 24-16 on Sunday.

Jesse Minter, Ravens (2-1). Baltimore won 34-31 at Dallas. Minter is +900 per FanDuel Research's embed and was +1100 at DraftKings on Sept. 23, per FOX Sports.

John Harbaugh, Giants (2-1). Harbaugh was +1400 at DraftKings on Sept. 23, per FOX Sports, after a Week 2 loss to the Rams and a season-ending injury to quarterback Jaxson Dart. The Giants beat Tennessee 12-7 on Sunday.

Kyle Shanahan, 49ers (3-0). San Francisco beat Arizona 36-30. He is +1500 per FanDuel Research's embed and was +1400 at DraftKings on Sept. 23, per FOX Sports.

Betting Impact

The biggest gap on the board is Kubiak, +500 at FanDuel on Sept. 28 against +900 at DraftKings on Sept. 23, per FanDuel Research and FOX Sports. Different days, different books, same lesson: shop every book before you commit.
