Chad is an artificial intelligence chatbot integrated into the StatSniper platform, designed to provide analysis, betting insights, and discussion about sports betting analytics. Chad is trained to deliver confident, analytical commentary in the style of competitive sports commentary.

Chad can and will make mistakes. He's an AI, not a licensed financial advisor, and certainly not infallible. Please read these terms carefully.

StatSniper provides these disclaimers pursuant to federal and state gambling regulations, consumer protection laws, and responsible business practices governing AI-powered tools in regulated industries.

What Chad Does

What Chad Definitely Is Not

StatSniper's total liability for any claims related to Chad or the StatSniper platform is limited to the amount you paid StatSniper in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from Chad's use or StatSniper's services are governed by the laws of Delaware and subject to binding arbitration as outlined in StatSniper's primary Terms of Service.

By using Chad, you agree to:
