NFL Player Props FAQ

How does Chad project NFL player props?+

Chad projects an NFL player prop from the player's recent game log, his season average and the matchup, then compares that projection with the sportsbook line. A prop is recommended only when the two disagree by enough to matter. Each prop shows the projection, the line and a confidence rating.

What does confidence mean on a Stat Sniper prop?+

Confidence on a Stat Sniper prop is Chad's rating of how strongly the data supports the pick, shown as a whole percent. It reflects how far the projection sits from the line and how steady the player's recent results are. It is not a promise that the prop wins.

When are NFL player props posted?+

NFL player props are posted at 9:00 AM ET on each game day, once sportsbooks have priced the lines. The odds shown are the prices at that time, so check the current number at your sportsbook before betting. Between game days this page shows the next slate.
