GDPR PRIVACY NOTICE (EEA, UK & SWITZERLAND)

StatSniper IncEffective June 2, 2026

This GDPR Privacy Notice applies if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and supplements our Privacy Policy. For purposes of the GDPR, StatSniper Inc is the "controller" of your personal data.

Legal Bases for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the App and the features you request); your consent (for example, optional profile information or promotional communications, which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (to secure, operate, analyze, and improve the App, where not overridden by your rights and freedoms); and compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and record-keeping requirements).

Categories of Recipients

We share your personal data only with the service providers needed to operate StatSniper, including our payment processor (Stripe), our cloud infrastructure provider, analytics and crash-reporting providers, our email delivery service, our in-app search service, and AI providers (which receive your AI advisor messages but not your identity information). We may also disclose data to government agencies or law enforcement when required by law, and to a successor entity in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal data or share it for targeted advertising. For the full list of recipients, see Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, after which it is deleted on account deletion, except where we must keep certain records to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records) or to prevent fraud and abuse. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion before being permanently purged. For category-by-category retention detail, see Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

Your GDPR Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data; to rectify inaccurate data; to erase your data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@statsniper.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally one month).

International Data Transfers

StatSniper operates in the United States, and your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. For these transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework) where our providers are certified, and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum) where applicable. Our cloud infrastructure and key processors are certified under, or contractually bound by, these mechanisms.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
