BetMGM's Aces, Dream and Valkyries prices are per its own odds page. Its New York price is per VegasInsider's six-book screen read Oct. 4, since BetMGM's own table left the Liberty's current price blank. The BetMGM numbers sum to about 107.9% implied and DraftKings to about 107.5%, roughly 7 to 8 points of margin.
One quirk: per the same page, BetMGM's Oct. 2 writeup cites the Aces' "+165 price tag" at 37.74% implied, while its table showed +200 when read Oct. 4. VegasInsider's own text also describes Las Vegas as the +165 favorite, so treat +165 as the price when the piece was written.
How the Lynx Exit Reshaped the Board
Minnesota entered the playoffs at +100, per BetMGM's Oct. 2 writeup, and CBS Sports describes the Lynx as heavy title favorites heading into the postseason. Instead they became the first team eliminated. The Liberty became the first No. 8 seed in WNBA history to knock off a No. 1 seed, per CBS Sports, and did it in two games.
That result briefly flipped the top of the market. Per BetMGM, the Liberty were briefly trading as favorites before the Aces closed out a 2-1 series win over the Indiana Fever. ESPN, whose odds are by DraftKings, reported the same thing on Oct. 3: New York was briefly the title favorite, then fell to fourth at +500 as other teams advanced.
Per BetMGM's preseason column, New York was the favorite at +210, with Las Vegas +375, Atlanta +550, Minnesota +800 and Golden State +3300. The Valkyries' move to +260 at the same book is a jump from about 2.9% to 27.8% implied.

Betting Impact: Where the Value Sits
Shopping matters. Per VegasInsider's screen, read Oct. 4, the Aces ranged from +190 at Caesars to +210 at FanDuel, the Valkyries from +225 at bet365 to +260 at BetMGM, and the Liberty from +425 at BetMGM to +450 at three books. DraftKings' column there looked stale (Aces +500 against ESPN's +185), so we use ESPN's Oct. 3 DraftKings numbers.
Take the best price on each team (Aces +210, Dream +260, Valkyries +280, Liberty +500) and the implied total drops to about 103%. That is less than half the margin at either single book.
Golden State is the widest gap. DraftKings' +280 per ESPN is 26.3% implied; bet365's +225 is 30.8%. The Valkyries closed out the franchise's first playoff series win, per ESPN, and DraftKings has Gabby Williams at +500 for Finals MVP, shortened from +800 a day earlier, per ESPN. The counterweight, per NBC Sports Bay Area via Yahoo: the Aces won all three regular-season meetings, though the last came June 21.
Las Vegas is the fair favorite, not a bargain. BetMGM points to the pedigree, three of the last four titles and A'ja Wilson, who is +200 for Finals MVP at DraftKings per ESPN. BetMGM also flags health: NaLyssa Smith is out for the year, Dana Evans has been sidelined in the playoffs, and Stephanie Talbot missed Game 3 of round one.
New York is the longshot with a case. At +500 the Liberty are 16.7% implied at DraftKings. Per NBC Sports Bay Area via Yahoo, both Liberty wins over Minnesota came by 16 points, while Atlanta won two of three regular-season meetings with New York. Earlier in the week the picture differed: Covers cited DK Predictions on Oct. 1, before the Aces and Valkyries Game 3s, at Atlanta 30%, New York 23% and Las Vegas 21%.
